Agent FAQs

What is the commission split?
80/20 on all deals, and there is no cap.
What are in-house deals?
In-house deals come from leads Jet Realty Advisors provides to you. When you close one of those deals, the split is 50/50.
Is there a bonus for in-house deals?
Yes. You earn a $3,000 bonus for every 10 in-house deals you close in a calendar year. The count resets each January 1.
Are there fees to join?
No. There are no fees to join and no monthly desk fees. The only costs you pay are MLS and Realtor board fees and E&O insurance.
How do I join?
Schedule a call at JoinJRA.com. New agents then receive an invitation to sign the independent contractor agreement. Agents changing brokerages request a license release first, then receive the agreement.
